Our employees are residents of the communities in which we operate and so it is important that we support the local and national charities that are close to their hearts. Our Innospec Cares program encourages our employees to engage with their local communities and support the causes they are most passionate about. It is our global charitable giving and volunteering program that enables employees to support and engage with our local communities by nominating local charities and organizations to receive a donation, through match funding employees fundraising efforts or through volunteering one working day. The fund is in addition to our other donations for charitable and community support.
