Our Sustainability Governance Structure
The Executive Sustainability Steering Group comprises of our CEO and senior business leaders and is responsible for developing, resourcing and making decisions on Innospec’s sustainability strategy and objectives.
The Steering Group reports on a quarterly basis to our Board’s Nominating, Corporate Governance and Sustainability Committee (NCGSC), who have oversight of our overall sustainability strategy and objectives, which includes; climate change risks/opportunities, reporting plans and helping the Board in its promotion of environmental and social factors and the satisfaction of associated obligations.
Additionally, our on an annual basis, the full Board is also fully briefed on our sustainability progress and our long-term future direction.
