Global charitable giving and volunteering
Our Innospec Cares program encourages our employees to engage with their local communities and support the causes they are most passionate about. It is our global charitable giving and volunteering program that enables employees to nominate local charities to receive a donation, have their fundraising efforts match funded, or volunteer one working day per year. Innospec Cares supports a range of local and national organizations, with a focus on supporting:
- Disadvantaged groups
- Human health and well-being
- Encouragement of education
- Environmental projects
The fund available for the program is in addition to our other donations for charitable and community support.
Since the launch of Innospec Cares in 2016:

3,889 volunteering hours undertaken
