The issues that matter most to our stakeholders

We spend time building relationships and listening carefully to our stakeholders concerns, helping us to respond quickly to changes in market demand, product requirements, regulations, and other issues that might affect them. This engagement allows us to identify what matters most to our stakeholders which underpins our strategy and reporting processes.

Our latest materiality assessment identified 10 issues material to both our internal and external stakeholders. We use these insights, supplemented by annual interim reviews, to track evolving priorities and concerns. These findings are integrated into periodic reviews of our sustainability strategy to ensure we remain aligned with stakeholder expectations.
