Our Sustainability Governance Structure
The Executive Sustainability Steering Group comprises of our CEO and senior business leaders and is responsible for developing, resourcing and making decisions on Innospec’s sustainability strategy and objectives.
The Steering Group reports on a quarterly basis to our Board’s Nominating and Corporate Governance and Sustainability Committee (NCGSC) who have oversight of our sustainability strategy, objectives and progress. Additionally, the full Board is briefed annually on our sustainability progress and future direction.
