Our 2023 Progress
In 2023, we continued our focus on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion awareness with the delivery of DE&I awareness training at a number of our global locations to raise employee understanding of the topic and encourage open conversation. We also identified a 3rd party partner to work with to support our DE&I activities in 2024. This will include the roll out of a company-wide anonymous and confidential Diversity and Inclusion survey. The results will be used to identify any broader trends and drive positive change.
