Jay Dawick, Toxicology and Risk Assessment Manager, and Lauren Kavanagh, Regulatory Toxicologist, have co-authored on a paper summarising in vitro experimental and computational work on metabolism of alcohol ethoxylates. This work one was one of several elements and approaches to ensure a scientifically robust read-across and category justification was developed for alcohol ethoxylates. This development has contributed significantly in the fight to reduce animal testing requirements for REACH.
