At Innospec, we believe our people are key to long-term success. In 2024, 90% of our global workforce received career and skills training in 2024, totaling over 19,000 hours. This included over 20 employees completing PRINCE2 Project Management training, helping them to become more effective project managers and presentation skills training delivered to 43 employees from the UK, Germany and Singapore. This focus on continuous development is reflected in our strong employee retention with over a third of our employees having been with us for over 10 years. Innovation is at the heart of Innospec’s sustainability program. In 2024, we spent US$47.8 million on Research & Technology. Our scientists played a vital role in advancing next-generation fuel additives, solving complex challenges in oil and gas, and meeting shifting consumer demands, helping to drive a 22% increase in new patents from 2023. Infrastructure upgrades in the US, UK, Germany, and France are also strengthening our innovation capabilities.

At Innospec, supporting the social and economic development of our communities is a key part of our sustainability program. In 2024, we delivered over US$791,000 in total social value, positively impacting 210 organizations worldwide through donations, volunteer time, and in-kind support. One highlight is our long-standing support for Meals on Wheels America through our Innospec Cares program. This year: • Volunteers from our Salisbury, North Carolina site delivered meals to seniors in Rowan County. • Over 20 employees from our Delaware office in Montgomery County helped assemble weekend breakfast bags for homebound seniors. • We provided festive holiday care packages during winter storms to bring warmth and comfort. These efforts reflect our commitment to building stronger, more connected communities. At Innospec, we recognize the importance of responsible sourcing. Although our use of palm-based raw materials in our Performance Chemicals product ranges is relatively small, we are committed to sourcing 100% from suppliers that adhere to NDPE principles (No Deforestation, No Peat, No Exploitation) and the forthcoming EU Deforestation Regulation. Increasing the transparency of our palm supply chain helps us to identify NDPE risks and prioritize actions in our supply chain. In our 2024 supply chain transparency exercise we achieved 97% traceability at mill and refinery level. We continue to strengthen our oversight and risk assessment process to ensure our sourcing practices remain ethical and sustainable.
