Ian Callan, Vice President of Global Regulatory Compliance and Sustainability, and Jay Dawick, Senior Toxicology and Risk Assessment Manager, attended the 2024 International Collaboration on Cosmetics Safety (ICCS) annual conference in Washington, DC, US. Jay was invited to speak on a panel to give a chemical supplier perspective on the challenges and opportunities in use of New Approach Methods (NAMs).

The panel explored how NAMs can be integrated into industry practices as we work to enhance both human and environmental safety. Jay shared valuable insights on how Innospec is helping to drive the adoption of innovative testing alternatives, which not only improve the safety and efficacy of products but also support the industry’s efforts to reduce its reliance on animal testing.
