In 2021, Innospec issued a new Human Rights Policy statement which outlines Innospec’s commitment to respect internationally recognized human rights standards, including the principles of the United Nations’ Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the United Nations’ Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights, the International Labor Organization (ILO) Principles and the UN Global Compact. All these principles help us prevent adverse impacts on human rights.
We have standards and processes that require all of our employees to act in a fair, ethical and lawful manner towards communities, customers, suppliers, colleagues, investors and other business partners.
As well as having policies, processes and monitoring mechanisms within our own operations, we expect the same standards of our business partners.
