Our Fuel Specialties business makes a donation to the German Association for the protection of Forests and Woodland for every liter of Ecotherm® Futur sold.
For 2018 sales, we donated almost €10,000, making a total of over €332,000 since the partnership began in 2008. Last summer’s hot temperatures damaged many trees in the area and subsequent storms caused many of the weakened trees to be lost. The donation is being used by the Association to plant 6,000 replacement trees, made up of a range of species, in the Herne region.
